My girlfriend is having extremely painful cramps after her period has ended. she has never even had cramps with a period before she is 23 what's wrong?

Needs examination: Painful cramps after period ends can be a sign of several different conditions such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease, adenomyosis, and fibroids. Usually not normal to have cramping after period ends so I would recommend an appointment with the physician.
