Abdominal pain: There are numerous potential explanations for abdominal pain and these require more info than has been provided. What other symptoms are present, for how long, severity and radiation, and other issues which have not been addressed in this question. Also, the term "stomach flu" defies easy definition. If the questioner has right lower quadrant pain she should see a doctor ASAP.
