Relative: Length of toes is a 'relative' issue. It could be the way you are unless there are any skeletal or collagen or other congenital abnormalities.

Oh yes!: Almost every one of the patients i treat. I've sub specialized in foot surgery, particularly toe surgery (shortening and lengthening) and i can tell you that i see 10-15 patients a day with toe length issues.
