Too soon : You probably wouldn't test positive that soon. If one of you has it, though, you both need to be treated. False positive tests are rare, but false negatives are possible.

Wait 2 weeks: You must have been exposed to chlamydia some time before. Chlamydia testing would always be negative the day after unprotected sex. May well take couple of weeks before test is positive & it is worth testing. Both of you should get treatment ASAP to avoid preventable problems of chlamydia. Short course of oral antibiotics will cure it. Please consult your Dr. & use condoms for a while.
