Just proteins. : Lean muscle mass burns fat. Amino acids are the building blocks of muscle. So you need to build muscle especially on the areas you want fat burned by exercising. Normal consumption of meats and tofu etc are enough unless you're a bodybuilder. No miracle Amino Acid fat burner pill out there to my knowledge. So diet and exercise.
