I have pcos & sometimes i feel some pain on the left lower part of my tummy..does it has something to do w/pcos?

Left Lower abd. pain: Yes it could since the ovaries are located there. If associated with fever or narrow stool caliber and or nausea it may represent incomplete obstruction due to a colonic lesion and or diverticulitis. I would advise getting an appointment with a Gastroenterologist if it persists, especially if your Gynecologist does not believe it to be associated with an ovarian problem

Possibly yes: Ovarian cysts can cause pain and ovaries are located in the right and left lower quadrants of the abdomen close to the pelvic bone's on each side. Tends to get worse with menstrations
