Breathe...: Anxiety is likely the cause of these symptoms. You have listed that you suffer from anxiety - are you seeing a therapist? It would advise that you have someone to talk your feelings out with. Also, have you tried other methods of relaxation - yoga, meditation, deep breathing? Consider listening to a guided meditation the next time you walk to keep your mind off the things you "can't help"
