What is inferior basilar hypokinesis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Decreased movement: The inferior and basilar part of the left ventricle show decreased movement.Hypo(decreased) kinesis(motility). Usually because of compromised blood supply to that part of the heart because the local coronary has a critical stenosis or there was an infarct because the coronary feeding that area closed or is severely blocked.
