Should i have my head x-rayed after hittin wall?

Not usually: X-rays or radiographs of the skull are not useful in evaluation of head trauma. If you hit your hard enough to raise concern that there is a skull fracture of bleeding in or around the brain then a non-contrast ct is the appropriate exam.
