Go back: You should see your doc again. It's sounds as if you may have a persisting infection of this area.

HUH????: Why in the world would you take Clindamycin for bedbug bites??? If the diagnosis is correct, get away from them and/or eliminate the bugs. Use prescription clobetasol gel twice a day rubbed in hard. Then you will heal.
