Stools: may be green sometimes the blood worries me if it persists see your doctor occassionally an infection will produce a colored stool and blood from irritation but overalll most greenish stool is from bile or foods you have eaten good luck

Blood in stool: Not normal, the green stool with the red spots on the tissue could be secondary to gastrointestinal disease. It could be colitis, or inflammation of the intestine. Protonix (pantoprazole) could cause diarrhea and clostridium difficile induced intestinal infection. You should see a doctor.
