Vaginal discharge: This discharge may be a yeast infection, usually easily treated, though sometimes may take longer. Suggest you see your doctor to sample the discharge and treat appropriately. The warts should be evaluated, too. These may be HPV and should be treated. If sexually active, you can pass to your partner. Also, I suggest Pap Smear.
