Abnormal LFT's: First you need a sonogram, mild elevations of liver function tests may just be fatty liver but you should be tested for viral hepatitis, Epstein Barr virus, cytomegallovirus also. Avoid alcohol and potentially hepatotoxic drugs such as tylenol (acetaminophen).
