Probably not.: Many people experience menstrual bleeding after receiving the depot shot, sometimes for several months. However, any time you have unprotected sex, there is a slim (about 1%) chance of pregnancy. Bleeding is an uncommon symptom of pregnancy, though, and you probably aren't pregnant. You may still benefit from seeing an MD, and remember that unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy or infection.
