Unlikely: There is some evidence that getting pregnant too soon after a miscarriage can increase your risk of a repeat miscarriage. At a minimum you should wait until you have your first period. It might be better to wait a couple of months to give your body a chance to heal. It would be unlikely that you would get pregnant 2 weeks after a miscarriage.
