Appendicitis: If you are symptomatic from appendicitis you should be seen by a competant surgeon and undergo appropriate testing which may include CT scan and CBC, etc. This is seldom a chronic condition, and although it may affect your colonic function secondarily this needs careful and acute evaluation. Do not fool with this yourself. It could become very severe very quickly and life-threatening.
