Should be ok: Discuss with your primary physician, but the medications listed should be ok. Gilbert syndrome is very rarely problematic. It is advisable to avoid some medications that displace bilirubin in the blood, such as sulfa drugs, salicylates, furosemide, ampicillin, and ceftriaxone (can acutely increase free bilirubin levels). Note: if Zantac (ranitidine) is for dust allergy, better options are available.
