Ultrasound?: Could be abnormal pregnancy, ectopic (tubal,) or could just be wrong dates. can't say online. Ultrasound will be quite reliable with hCG of around 2000 - is there anything in the uterus? You never diagnose ectopic based on symptoms anymore, you base it on ultrasound. If you've not had US this needs to be done ASAP, this will sort out the question quickly. Good luck!
