Not Dangerous: Your period may be delayed by a week or so. This may make you nervous and think you are pregnant. Just be patient or keep doing pregnancy tests. Side effects are minimal. Some women may feel bloated or mild cramps. Some may get acne. Nothing permanent. Remember that if you need to take PlanB twice in a week, it is time to start birth control pills or another option.
