Found out my pain is ovarian cyst.my back hurts so bad from it!!i wont take pain meds unless i am dying.any natural remedies for pain til my apt?

Heating pad: NSAIDs are the best for this, Advil (ibuprofen) or Alieve. They target the swelling, which is the cause of the pain. Otherwise a heating pad and time.
