Hard to say: Honestly, without a picture of what these spots look like or seeing them in person, it will be incredibly difficult to diagnose this over the internet.The good news is that if they don't hurt and don't look like little vesicles, then it's probably not herpes.But you may need to have actual eyes on it for an official diagnosis and if you got your genital warts from your bf, I couldn't rule that out
