Probably OK: A young male with isolated right-sided pain for a few days is usually nothing serious and will pass. If it is associated with vomiting, fever, weight loss, altered bowel habits, jaundice or persists, the see a physician. This could be gallbladder disease, ulcers, muscle strain, constipation and a host of other, less likely, causes.
