Depends: There could be many causes. If he has a fever, 100.4 or higher, it could be an infection. You have traveled and exposed him to novel viruses. It could be the pollution in India itself. If he is otherwise normal and happy, then give it time. If he is not, and is run down and acting really fussy take him to a doctor.
