No: The term decidual bleeding is a very imprecise term to describe first-trimester bleeding due to shedding endometrial fragments. Like it's "cousin" implantation bleeding, these terms are very loosely defined and don't really mean much that is useful. If you are pregnant a test will be positive, regardless.
