Dental infection: There are many forms of "dental infection". If you have a periapical abscess it may need drainage. If the headaches are severe, accompanied by other signs and symptoms you may need assessment of possible CNS infection. See your dentist and if they recommend it, see your doctor and have this properly evaluated. Good luck.

Fever/headfache: Probably due to your oral infections. White spots on throat are caused by different bacteria than those that cause infected teeth. Pills will not cure infected teeth. They will need specific dental treatment. You should be seeing BOTH a General Dentist and a General Physician. They will provide appropriate treatment and/or referral to appropriate specialists.
