Lotrimin (clotrimazole) spray: Lotrimin (clotrimazole) spray is Miconazole which can be used twice a day to fight the fungus of jock itch. There are other important things to do for the management - one being try to keep the area dry. Think of mold in the basement-- it loves moisture. Going forward do what u can to stay dry. A blow drier (on cool setting) after showers may help. Also wearing a towel for a while after may help.
