Not sure: If you're last period was 12 days ago, I would expect to see more of a distinct line if you are really pregnant. There may be some cross reactivity of your test with your LH surge, which should be happening around now. A good quality test is not supposed to cross react, but it could be an explanation. You could retest in about a week and see if it is negative.
