Probably not: Not certain, but tubal infections usually do not manifest in the way you describe. The pain should be constant not only during menses and there should be fever and generalized signs of infection. There may be adhesions/scar tissue or changes to your uterus since it's had 3 cuts into it. You may want to discuss with your Obgyn strategies for hormone control to pause menses
