Pay back bills: You're probably best served by hiring an attorney to address your question b/c it appears that you owe money to a NV hospital although you now live in SC. Medicare is federal program for elderly & disabled so I'm not clear whether you owe 20% (Medicare pays 80%) or whether you're just referring to "medical hospital bills". Either way, consult an attorney (and financial planner) to help you out.
