Check for allergens: Do you have a cat or dog and do they sleep in your bedroom? If the symptoms are primarily in the morning check your bedding, sheets and pillows for possible mites or allergens. Best way is to sleep in another bed or room for a night or two and see how you feel in the morning. Try Loratadine 10 milligrams (available over the counter) daily. Allergist might be of help. possibl
