Blood/Itching/pain: It's hard to see them but you can often feel them. Internal hemorrhoids tend to prolapse out the anus and bleed. They are rarely painful. They can often be pushed back . External hemorrhoids itch and hurt and are located outside. They cannot be pushed anywhere. They can bleed from irritation .
