Depends on cause: a thorough history and physical exam, Labs, echo, event recorder and a Tilt Table Test should give us what we need to make most diagnoses . Treatment is then targeted to the specific cause. In the mean time drink plenty of water, avoid long periods without eating, get plenty of sleep, use support stockings and increase the sodium in your diet.
