Unsafe: I am unsure of any situation where taking a supra-normal dose of Wellbutrin (bupropion) can be justified. There is a potential elevated risk of seizure (up to 5% risk) at that dose, confusion, and denovo hallucinations. Please revisit with your prescribing doctor or perhaps obtain a second opinion by a board-certified psychiatrist. Pharmacist can also provide info. Be careful!
