How to know if i have syphilis or genital warts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doc: either way you need to be treated.. The initial lesion of syphilis is called a hard chancre and it is a painless ulcer while genital warts or condyloma which appears like a caulifower. There is however a lesion cause by second stage of syphilis that can resemble condyloma or genital wart as it looks 'warty' and it is called condyloma lata. Again, see your doc. thanks.
