A member asked:

If semen got into your eyes, could it cause you to have eye problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: In the rare event that your partner had some infectious disease in his urinary/seminal tract, then you might receive an infection. Most semen however, is sterile, and the components are non-irritating, not dangerous and will be quickly flushed out by the natural cleansing action of tears.
