Could be mucocele: Obviously you need someone to look at this to diagnose it. A common lesion in that area is known as a mucocele, which is a small salivary gland which has gotten "plugged" and stops draining. The saliva buildup results in a small bump that waxws and wanes in size. Get it checked!

Mucocele: The description and location are very similar for mucocele lesion. Diagnosis is made by examination and history of the previous trauma. The most common treatment is a surgical removal of the lesion. See your dentist for evaluation and treatment. Good luck.
