No, not even if both: Most undescended are unilateral & prognosis for fertility is excellent. Fertility in males with bilateral UDTs is fair, provided they are brought down as early as possible. Preferably between 6 - 12 months-of-age. Longer U wait chances of fertility drop. Men or boys born with bilateral UDTs, which remain uncorrected by puberty are almost certainly infertile.
