If only 1 testicle: ... Was injured, and the other 1 was fine, fertility should be ok. If both testicles were severely injured, that would have more serious implications for fertility. Minor testicular injuries, including the usual hits they may receive, should have no effect on fertility.

Very unlikely, but..: Note: a man may be infertile with no hx of infection, injury, and surgery to testes and inguinal region; but, it's rare. A hit to testes without subsequent severe swelling and pain bears a better outcome. Although it's worrisome about testicular injury, bottom line is still sperm count on semen analysis. Besides, women contribute to infertility directly in 50% of times and partially in 20% of time.

Rarely: It would be very unusual to be infertile due to simply being hit in the testicles. Constant, chronic hitting could be more of a possible problem.
