Some Sneezing Causes: Common cold, Flu, feeling chilled,exposure to bright light/sun, Allergies (hay fever)& some Nasal Medications (steroids). People may react to strong odors,dry air, dust, powders, dander, mold spores, pollen, ragweed & air pollutants. Sneezing can also occur in response to fear, joy, grief, sexual excitement & anguish. Eating spicy food can trigger sneezing too.
