Unlikely: Some toxic neuropathies can be reversed if the offending agent can be removed. The issue is what type of damage was caused and how severe it is. This will determine if and how long it will take to regenerate. If you had intermittent symptoms this is the mildest form. If the symptoms were persistent only time will tell
