Fatigue: No easy answer here. Best to get an eval with some testing to assure you are not anemic, have thyroid disease, mono, Chronic fatigue syndrome (EBV), etc., etc. Best wishes.

Fatigue: Fatigue is one of the most common complaints I hear. Common causes are depression, lack of sleep, poor sleep (such as sleep apnea), physical deconditioning, and stress/anxiety. Other causes include metabolic abnormalities (thyroid dysfunction, diabetes), medication side effects, and possibly organic causes (heart/lung disease). A physician will be able to help you elucidate the cause.
