Meds additive?: Good question! Fluoxetine increases SEROTONIN levels. Elevated serotonin may cause muscle rigidity, tremor, or restlessness. The Amphetamine salts which you take also release serotonin in varying degrees. The two meds together may be additive, so it is important to let your doctor know and he or she can advise you.

I've had muscle spasms I think are from Prozac (@30mg now). They got worse over the weekend, as in volume. Also on Wellbutrin (bupropion) (200mg). Mainly distal.
