Not likely: Your hymen could have torn some and this would cause your symptoms. If blood is coming from your urethra/bladder, you should see your doctor.

Irritation/infection: With first time penetration the vagina can feel traumatized because it is. Does not mean u have an infection-hopefully used a condom to protect against sexually transmitted diseases. A urine test will let u'r doctor know if I have an infection and Gynecologist can take a look at the vaginal area to make sure the trauma is healing
