Sugar: Is the problem. Yeast turn sugar into alcohol and this can actually happen in your intestine 'cause that is where the headquarters of the infection lies.

Abx and carbs worsen: Vulvovaginal yeast infections are caused by an overgrowth of candida, which normally lives in ur vagina. Causes include - recent antibiotic use, diabetes, high carb diets, HIV, douching and oral contraceptives. Tight fitting clothes is not. lactobacillus is a healthy bacteria in ur vagina but no proof that eating lactobacillus-containing or other foods/herbal products helps.
