Numerous: Hi fiber diet, high fluids, avoiding excessive red meats and smoked foods, and getting regular colonoscopies if you are at risk. Most importantly, don't assume bleeding is from your hemorrhoids. Get it checked out b an expert. No bleeding even from hemorrhoids is normal.
