Meningitis : Headache and stiff neck are symptoms of meningitis. There are many different kinds of meningitis from the mild to the serious type. I think u should go to the ER or an urgent care center to be evaluated. You may need a spinal tap to be sure it's not the bacterial kind. You're not safe to drive so have a friend take u or call an ambulance. Hope u feel better.
