Hmmm.: Dermatologic conditions are hard to evaluate without seeing them in person. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but, Small infections like acne or boils are quite common there. Spreading redness implies an infection needing antibiotic but a lot of them heal on their own,.
