May wish to see doc: May not be a bad idea to see a doctor to verify there isn't a medical reason for you to be dizzy and unbalanced. You can also get an opinion on your overall state of health just to check out that your routine is the best for you if you do have any conditions. Perhaps, the adrenaline surge during exercise masks the reasons for being dizzy of off balance which you notice more when not exercising.
