Should not: The nerves exiting C3-C4 supply shoulders, arms, hands, and parts of upper back and chest. Pain can cause dizziness by causing the Vagus nerve to be stimulated. Dizziness has a large variTion if causes. Key is to differentiate between vertigo-or spinning of room and no vertigo
