See a dentist: To diagnose the 'blister'. There are lots of things it could be. Some will resolve on their own and need no treatment, while others require specific treatment. Not being able to see what you are referring to, i hesitate to just mention some otc medications that while they may make you feel more comfortable, might prevent necessary treatment or a better solution.

Usually blisters: Don't need to be lanced. Once the skin has broken open - the lesion can become infected more easily.
